I didn't have problems with the food quality, delivery, or customer service when I had to call. What i have problem with is that I was deceived when i signed up.
Why wasn't i told I had to have 40 consecutive deliveries to meet my contract? I wasn't even told that was a contract. i was signing to allow them to bill my card. Shame on me for not reading the small print.
Would be much better practice if i could order when i wanted and not when they deem necessary. Bad business practice if you ask me.
They will not get praise from me. I will let my friends know so they can avoid this.
