I didn't have problems with the food quality, delivery, or customer service when I had to call.What i have problem with is that I was deceived when i signed up.
Why wasn't i told I had to have 40 consecutive deliveries to meet my contract? I wasn't even told that was a contract. i was signing to allow them to bill my card. Shame on me for not reading the small print.
Would be much better practice if i could order when i wanted and not when they deem necessary. Bad business practice if you ask me.
They will not get praise from me.I will let my friends know so they can avoid this.
